Pilates Mat and Sculpt is a total body conditioning class that increases core strength, tones muscles and improves posture, balance and flexibility. Fitness circles, foam rollers, weighted balls and rubber bands will be utilized to provide maximum results. (10 people max.)
Pilates Reformer is designed for the person who would like private attention for less than the cost for privates. Each pilates session will focus on breathing, building core strength, flexibility, balance and strength in a private setting. All Reformer classes go for 8 weeks and you are paired with same person to keep flow and class goals. (Min. 2 people, max 3.)
Body Blast is a workout that will include both indoor and outdoor cardio drills, stretching, core and strength training. This class will burn calories, build stamina, reduce body fat, increase muscle tone and strengthen your body from head to toe. If you're looking for a kick-start to fitness or need to stay challenged, this is a class for you. All fitness levels welcome. (10 people max.)
