Privates
One on One training is the perfect way to personalize your workouts.  Instructors will tailor and monitor your sessions based on your individual goals, needs and abilities to help you achieve and maintain success at a faster pace. You will use all of the specialized equipment including the Cadillac, Reformer, Stability Chair, Arc Barrel and a variety of other small apparatus for a fun and challenging workout. Experience the brilliance of Pilates through private training and gain optimal results.

Semi-Privates
Perfect for friends or couples that want more individual attention than in a group class environment.  Instructors will tailor your pilates program incorporating both mat and reformer to meet your goals. Semi-Privates are in a private setting scheduled at your convenience and are less expensive than private training. Stay motivated with your partner as you maximize your abilities and meet your fitness needs.

Semi-Private Reformer Classes
8-week classes scheduled at the same time each week using the very popular reformer machine, you will be paired with one or two other individuals seeking the same benefits. Each Semi-Private class will be a full body workout that will include core strength training, muscle toning, and stretching. Designed for clients to learn Pilates and maintain their fitness goals in a small group setting, for less than the cost of privates.

Pilates and Pregnancy
Pilates is a safe and effective way to work out during and after pregnancy. Pilates focuses on the muscles that support your back and pelvis, helping to control pre- and post-partum back pain. Pregnancy pilates helps establish and maintain your mind-body connection, as well as your overall strength and balance. Post-pregnancy pilates is the best way to tighten the pelvic floor and core muscles that get stretched and from giving birth. It also helps you regain your flexibility, which can help you avoid the common problems that can occur from holding the baby, sleeping differently, breastfeeding etc. Pilates is a great stress reliever!

"I did pilates during my pregnancy and afterward, and it really helped me stay strong and recover quickly from pregnancy and delivery." --Kim
